1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Invitation in Marathi, accessible at invitationinmarathi.in (the "Service"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our Service.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this Service.

2. Description of Service

Invitation in Marathi provides an online platform that allows users to create and customize digital invitation cards in Marathi for various occasions including weddings, engagements, birthdays, ceremonies, and other events. Our Service includes:

• Pre-designed invitation card templates
• Online customization tool with live preview
• HD-quality digital card downloads
• WhatsApp-friendly format for easy sharing
• User account management and order history

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To make a purchase, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to keep your information updated.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Choosing a strong password (minimum 6 characters)

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our Service.

4. Payment & Pricing

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR/₹). Prices for invitation cards typically range from ₹29 onwards depending on the template. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect existing orders.

4.2 Payment Methods

Payments are processed through Razorpay, our trusted payment partner. Accepted methods include:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express)
• UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
• Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
• Wallets (where supported by Razorpay)

4.3 Taxes

All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Tax invoices are issued upon request for business customers.

4.4 Coupons & Discounts

Promotional coupons are subject to terms specific to each campaign. Coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to disable or modify any coupon at any time.

4.5 Currency & Foreign Transactions

All transactions are in Indian Rupees only. International cards may be charged additional foreign exchange fees by your bank.

5. Delivery

Digital Delivery: Once payment is successful, your customized invitation card will be available for instant download from your "My Orders" page. There is no physical shipping involved as our products are 100% digital.

A confirmation email with the download link will also be sent to your registered email address. If you don't receive it within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to the content (names, dates, venues, photos) you input into our templates ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use the content
• The content does not violate any third-party rights
• The content does not contain illegal, defamatory, or inappropriate material

You grant us a limited license to use your User Content solely for the purpose of generating your invitation card. We do not use your content for marketing without explicit consent.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our templates without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our platform
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures
• Create cards containing offensive, obscene, or hateful content
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate intellectual property rights of others

8. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, graphics, fonts, logos, and software used on this Service are owned by Invitation in Marathi or licensed for our use, and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a customized card, you receive a license for personal, non-commercial use of that specific card. You do NOT receive ownership of the underlying template or the right to redistribute it.

Our trademarks include "Invitation in Marathi", "आमंत्रण invitationinmarathi.in", and our logo. You may not use these without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The Service will meet all your requirements
• Defects will be corrected immediately
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invitation in Marathi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or ₹5,000, whichever is lower.

Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invitation in Marathi, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your misuse of the Service

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Refunds (if any) will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

For consumer disputes, you may approach the relevant Consumer Forum as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
