1. Digital Products Only

Invitation in Marathi exclusively sells digital invitation cards. We do not ship physical products. There are no shipping fees, no postal addresses required, and no waiting for delivery trucks.

2. How Delivery Works

   Browse our collection of Marathi invitation card templates and select one that fits your event.

2. Customize Your Card

   Enter your details (names, dates, venue, etc.) using our online editor with live preview.

3. Make Payment

   Pay securely via UPI, Card, or Net Banking through Razorpay.

4. Instant Generation

   Your customized card is generated within 5-30 seconds after successful payment.

5. Download & Share

   Download immediately from the success page or your "My Orders" section. Share via WhatsApp, social media, email, or print.

Your invitation card is delivered in the following format(s):

• JPG/PNG (HD): High-resolution image, perfect for WhatsApp sharing
• PDF (where applicable): Print-ready format if you want physical copies

File size is typically 1-5 MB. Files can be opened on any device - phones, tablets, computers - using standard image viewers or PDF readers.

5. Geographic Availability

Our service is available worldwide. Anyone with internet access can use our platform. However:

• Payment is accepted only in Indian Rupees (INR/₹)
• Customer support is provided in Marathi, Hindi, and English
• Service is optimized for Indian users (UPI, Indian banks)

6. Access to Your Card

Once delivered, you can access your card in three ways:

• Direct Download: From the success page after payment
• Email Link: Sent to your registered email
• My Orders: Login to your account → My Orders → Re-download anytime

Cards are stored on our servers for 90 days after creation. After 90 days, they may be automatically deleted to free up space. We recommend downloading and saving your card immediately after purchase.

7. Issues with Delivery

If you don't receive your card within 5 minutes of successful payment:

1. Check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email
2. Login to your account and check "My Orders"
3. Refresh the success page - sometimes there's a slight delay
4. Contact us if the issue persists

Our support team responds within 2-4 hours during business hours. We will resolve any genuine delivery issues at no extra cost.

8. Re-downloading Your Card

You can re-download your card any time within 90 days by:

1. Logging into your account
2. Going to "My Orders" page
3. Finding your order and clicking "Download"

9. No Shipping Fees

Since all our products are digital, there are no shipping fees, no handling charges, and no taxes beyond GST (where applicable). The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
